Functions and Brewing Technology
The Adonis incorporates advanced brewing techniques such as the Soft Infusion System, which expertly tracks and raises pressure while extracting to achieve a delicate and velvety espresso, along with the High Efficiency Extraction Technology for heightened taste and uniformity. This machine features an Easycream system for precise milk frothing in milk-based beverages. Additionally, the steam wand is equipped with a steam-air system, creating silky smooth and airy foam for lattes and cappuccinos. Other notable functionalities include customized dosing, with the capability to program up to 4 dose settings per head, as well as a shot timer for accurately timing each brewing head.
