Design & Functions
This high capacity, professional grade espresso machine combines modern, state of the art technology with classic design elements for an incredibly convenient brewing experience that is ideal for a busy cafe or restaurant. Some of the features that make the Stella Di Caffè 2 group so unique are it’s multi-boiler design as well as it’s independent LCD control pads that are dedicated to each group head. These two features allow for an impressive amount of individualized control that maximize temperature accuracy and create an extremely user friendly experience. Aside from the two independent group control pads, the Stella also comes equipped with a central 4.2” LCD touchscreen that communicates in real time and collects data from each group head control. This high-tech feature allows for efficient programming and storage of statistics and information like the number of drinks brewed, programming of the automatic cleaning cycle, and setting alarms for maintenance and filter replacement.
Also included on the Stella is Unic’s own patented feature, Dosamat, which recognizes the size of the portafilter being used and automatically doses the correct volume of espresso necessary. Other great features include PID temperature control, Thermalink, which provides smart and efficient management over this machine’s power supply and an Easylock portafilter. For added user comfort, the handle on the portafilter is constructed of special rubber that is designed to absorb any vibrations that may occur during brewing.
