With its very large 10 liter boiler, the Mira Twin is perfect for commercial situations and can accommodate extremely high volume cafes and coffee shops. Additionally, this machine possesses two semi automatic keys for increased manual control and the group heads are mounted directly to the boiler which adds even more espresso shot temperature stability.   

With an automated back-flushing cycle performed daily, keeping this machine clean and maintained is easy and efficient and ensures your coffee will be tasting its best.

This machine also comes equipped with other great features like an integrated shot timer, cup warmer, hot water dispenser with flow regulation, steam glide lever, twin pressure gauges for pump and steam, a full sized rotary pump, auto refill, hose-to-drain direct connection, as well as a chronograph monitor of extraction times.
