Free shipping with most orders - you must be located in the lower 48 continuous states and there is a minimum order amount of $49. An exception to this is commercial espresso machines and espresso machines that require shipment on a pallet via Less Than a Truckload.
In stock espresso machines and grinders that ship via UPS usually leave the warehouse within 1 to 2 business days. Heavier products such as commercial espresso machines are shipped via freight truck strapped to a pallet and it generally takes 1 to 5 business days to benchtest and arrange shipment, but please check with us prior to ordering if you need it by a set date. Accessory only shipments leave the warehouse twice a week. Transit times depend on the distance being shipped, but this map provides a general idea of shipment times in business days for items shipped via UPS. Freight truck shipment usually takes 3 to 8 business days depending on distance.
We provide tracking updates when they are available. There are times when a shipment has already gone out, but we haven't had a chance to provide tracking yet.
Due to espresso machine and grinders being high value items, they are always shipped with signature required.
