Below is a list of recommended equipment for an average sized coffee shop. If you have a larger shop, you may need additional quantities.
- 1x Commercial espresso machine
- 1x Regular espresso grinder
- 1x Decaf espresso grinder
- 1x Brew / Drip / French Press grinder
- 1x Bagged coffee grinder
- 2x Tampers
- 2x Steaming thermometers
- 1x Electronic scale
- 1x Large knockbox
- 2x 12oz pitchers
- 2x 20oz pitchers
- 2x Measuring spoons
- 6x Syrup pumps
- 3x Kitchen timers
- 18x Latte cups
- 18x Cappucino cups
- 2x Espresso equipment cleaning powder
- 2x Grinder cleaning tablets
- 2x Steam wand cleaning liquid
- 12x Microfiber cleaning cloths
- 1x Mavea C300 Water Filtration System
- 1x Coffee Brewer for regular coffee (one will be fine for awhile)
- 2x Airpots (regular, decaf) minimum. If you want to have a variety of coffees, you'll need one per coffee.
- 1x Hot Water Tower (the espresso machine should have a spigot, so you can pull from there, but it helps to have a tower if you have busy periods)
- 2 Refrigeration units.
- Display for treats/deserts
