No more settling for weak and bland espresso –with the La Spaziale Dream T espresso machine you can create the best professional-grade espresso beverages right at home. Despite being one of the most technologically advanced home machines on the market today, the user-friendly interface and easy-to-understand control mechanisms make operation effortless and it won’t be long before you master the operation of churning out amazing espresso shots every time.
DURABLE EXTERIOR BODY CONSTRUCTION
The S1 Dream T has a shiny and durable covering on the exterior, made with a combination of sturdy, high-quality plexi side panels and stainless steel front and back panels. The stainless steel finish imparts hardiness to the design and boosts longevity since it is both stain and rust resistant. The S1 Dream T espresso machine is built to last for a long time despite continuous use. Wood side
PROGRAMMABLE TOUCH PAD CONTROL PANEL
On the front of the machine is a contemporary programmable touch pad display which allows you to modify and control the settings per your convenience. After you have selected to make a single or double shot, you are then able to make adjustments to the volume and temperature of the brew. There is also a convenient semi-automatic button that will allow you to control the brew manually. The manual button can be used for rinsing or preheating the portafilter, backflushing or cleaning the grouphead. The control panel has many great additional features including a customized profiles, built-in clock with programmable timer, programmable pre-infusion (optional add on), coffee dose counter and many more.
4 PROGRAMMABLE PROFILES
What sets this machine so far apart from the crowd is its ability to program and store up to 4 unique user profiles, which is perfect if everyone at home prefers their beverage with a specific flavor. Each user profile can be adjusted to different brew temperature, steam temperature, shot volume and hot water to make the ultimate customized drink. These settings are saved for future use.
PRE-INFUSION (OPTIONAL ADD ON)
Pre-infusion can make a huge difference in the aroma and crema of the brew. Pre-infusion consists of pre-moistening the tamped grounds before the extraction to create a consistent shot.
BUILT-IN CLOCK WITH PROGRAMMABLE TIMER
If you would like your machine to be piping hot and ready to deliver a delicious espresso first thing every morning, the Dream T has you covered. Using the display, you can program the machine to turn on or off on up to 3 different timers for each day!
COFFEE DOSE COUNTER
The Dream T has a resettable coffee dose counter to keep track of the shots dispensed for maintenance, cost, etc.
PROGRAMMABLE SERVICE ALERTS
Sit back, relax, and let your espresso machine do all of the work for you. You can set your machine to alert you every so many shots that it is due for service. The machine also has diagnostic prompts that will let you know if a problem has been identified.
MEMORY CARD READER AND WRITER
Just like a smartphone, it has a memory card reader and writer as well. The SD card reader allows you to read and write profiles and programs and upload software downloaded from the website. The SD card reader can be accessed on front of machine.
VOLUMETRIC DOSING AND TEMPERATURE CONTROL
The display panel allows you to define volumetric dosing, so you can get a perfect shot again and again. The temperature control works in tandem with the quality of an espresso shot, which is why the dosage feature allows you to tweak temperature settings along with the dosage settings. This gives you more control over the consistency of your espresso and makes it easier to make adjustments when you want to fine tune your desired espresso experience.
DOUBLE BOILER
The S1 Dream T is crafted for professional-grade requirements—it has two individual boilers so you can brew espresso and froth milk simultaneously. The brew boiler is 0.45 liters in capacity and is heated by an 800 watt heating element. The steam boiler is 1.2 liters in capacity and is heated by an extremely useful feature for those who love lattes and cappuccinos. Here too, you can manage temperature for both processes to achieve ultimate flavor and texture perfection. To prevent internal components from overheating and for superior temperature control, the boilers are ultra-insulated with specially engineered insulating technology. To prevent catastrophic damage to the machine, an automatic boiler refill mechanism keeps the boilers at the ideal water level.
MULTIDIRECTIONAL STAINLESS STEEL HOT WATER SPIGOT
There is a separate water spigot for easy access to hot water for beverages like café Americanos and tea. The adjustable spigot is made of high quality stainless steel for long term operation and can be programmed through the display screen for set amounts or can be controlled manually by pushing the hot water button. Please note it is not recommended to withdraw amounts of water exceeding 6-8 ounces at once to reserve water in the boiler and ultimately protect the heating element.
SWIVELING STAINLESS STEEL STEAM WAND
Situated near the hot water spigot is a swiveling steam wand that can be easily moved into the ideal position at the individual’s preference. To ensure a safer operating experience, the steam wand is designed with a unique technology that keeps the exterior of the steam wand at a lower temperature than most competing steam wands. The steam wand tip is equipped with four 0.9mm holes that provide outstanding steaming performance. Time to learn latte art!
VIBRATORY PUMP SPECIALLY ENGINEERED FOR QUIET PERFORMANCE
Loud espresso machines are a hindrance, so even though the La Spaziale S1 Dream T is equipped with a vibratory pump (which is usually considered more noisy than its rotary cousin), La Spaziale has specially developed it to be even LESS noisy than rotary pumps. This quiet performer makes this machine a popular choice for offices and homes where quietness is appreciated.
3 LITER WATER RESERVOIR
With a massive capacity 3 liter water tank that is accessible from the front of the machine, refilling is easy and is required less frequently. Make sure to use softened water, such as water labeled “Drinking Water” for optimal performance. No tap or distilled water.
LARGE CUP WARMER
To optimize temperature stability, it is important that heat is maintained through the entire espresso making process. A way you can maximize heat stability is by simply placing your cups on the large cup warming surface at the top of the espresso machine in between uses.
SPECIAL LIGHTING SYSTEM FOR BARISTA
La Spaziale has added a lovely low lighting system next to the group to illuminate the work area in dim lighting. These LED lights are also pleasing aesthetically, and will be sure to elicit “oohs” and “ahs” from on-lookers. They can be turn on, off or on auto mode to be turned on when a shot is started.

La Spaziale Dream T
I purchased my Dream T in February 2023 and have been running it a minimum of two double shots a day and steaming milk with each pull. I am blown away by the capabilities and quality build of this machine. Moving up from a quickmill Carola EVO, I also prefer the temp stability of the saturated group, dual boiler, hot water dispenser, insane steam quality / speed and that classic cafe aesthetic of the Spaz. Mega 3L Front fill reservoir is another huge plus, no more moving cups, just slide out the high capacity drip tray, slide out the reservoir and fill with large jug of spring water or the correct hardness and mineral content. Plenty of clearance between the top of the machine, even with cups to fit under standard height cabinets. Nice and wide (but not too deep) to provide more than ample workspace on the drip tray. Very easy to operate but also has advanced features such as 4 profiles where you set up custom temp for group, hot water and steam (great if you have a tea drinker - you can set up a profile for them) as well as make quick changes on the fly. I just started to get into volumetric dosing and it’s really handy. The only thing standing between you and a steal on a cafe quality espresso machine is just realizing that there is life beyond 58mm PF’s. IMO the 53mm of the Spaz is superior, as the increased depth promotes better extractions and minimized channeling. You can order a bottomless, an IMS competition 18-22g basket and a tamper with your machine and there, you are now ready to experience next level espresso and milk drinks at a price that I thought must be a typo. But it’s not. Without question the best bargain in the espresso machine industry - nothing of this quality and capability under 3k. Joe Kolb provides excellent pre and post sale support and has a vibrant FB group called Home Espresso Aficionados. Hope to see you there!

excellent service
I spent weeks researching which machine to upgrade to (had been using a Breville Oracle Express ). Found this on Expresso Outlet and was smitten with the features and reviews. In the first 3 weeks with the machine, my worst shots on the Mini are better than my best shots on the Breville. I'm still getting used to thRead more about review stating Excellent prosumer machine operation of it but am more confident with each pull. This machine has blown away all of my expectations. I called Joe and provided excellent service before and after purchase. I will say cost is long forgotten but quality is remember for ever, I Recommend friends and family to buy from Expresso Outlet though I live at Eugene Oregon
