The Kaleido M2 Sniper Pro is a beginner-friendly coffee roaster designed for home use. With a capacity of 50g to 400g, it is perfect for those just starting out in the world of coffee roasting or for those who roast small quantities at home. The M2 Sniper Pro features adjustable heat, fan speed, and drum speed, giving you full control over every aspect of the roast.
The M2 Sniper Pro is a pro model that is compatible with the Artisan platform. You can log and control your roast in real-time with the open-sourced, free platform. Please note that no tablet is included with the pro models, so you will need to provide your own device to run Artisan.
The M2 Sniper Pro also includes a carbon fiber infrared direct-fire heating system and temperature probes to monitor both bean and environmental temperatures. It has an automatic chaff collection system and an industrial-grade automatic cooling fan for easy clean-up. In addition, you can record, save, and share your roasting curves and choose to roast either automatically or manually. The M2 Sniper Pro has both a USB and Bluetooth connection for easy connectivity.
