The M10 Sniper features adjustable heat, fan speed, and drum speed, giving you full control over every aspect of the roast.
The M10 Sniper includes a dual system that is compatible with both the Kaleido Intelligent Roasting System and the Artisan platform. This allows you the flexibility to choose the best system for your needs and log roast profiles. A tablet is included to run the Kaleido System, but you will need a separate device to operate the Artisan platform. Both systems can be used simultaneously.
The M10 Sniper also includes a carbon fiber infrared direct-fire heating system and temperature probes to monitor both bean and environmental temperatures. It has an automatic chaff collection system and an industrial-grade automatic cooling fan for easy clean-up. In addition, you can record, save, and share your roasting curves and choose to roast either automatically or manually. The M10 Sniper has a USB connection for easy connectivity.
