Successful Coffee Shops have Great Customer Service

Do things like:

> Always keep things clean, bathrooms, floors, etc. Wipe tables regularly - it's easy to forget during a busy day, but no one wants to sit at a dirty table.
> Welcome every guest when the come in. When customers leave thank them for coming.
> Learn customer names and greet them by their name when they come in.
> Make eye contact and smile
> Try to interact with customers... Stop by their table and ask how their drinks are, bring samples around, etc.
> If a customer doesn't like a drink, replace it without negative reactions
> If a customer orders multiple drinks, mark cups so it's easier for them to know which one is what.
> Use appropriate body language at all times
> Have all staff wear appropriate clothing. If it becomes an issues, have custom printed workwear for all staff.

Successfully coffee shops will do all or most of these things.
