Solidly built and heavy automatic variable tamper. Packaged very well and included the precision 58.3mm tamp head. Short user manual and referred to a video to program a specific tamping pressure upon switching on versus the need to manually select every time it’s turned on. The “forks” are adjustable and quite easy to accommodate various portafilters, perfectly level “forks” adjustment with turn knob. Tamps every time to the desired setting and easy clean function. The LED lit “docking” like station gives a nice aesthetics and aids with visuals. Power cord is about 5 feet in length which allows placement ease in reference to outlet. Touch capacitive buttons are easy and are able to lock to prevent accidental changes. Highly recommend for commercial use or those with tamping issues or injuries.
