Bezzera, a major player in the espresso machine manufacturing business for over 100 years, has developed the BZ07 Espresso machine with all of the necessary ingredients to make it a domestic machine with a refined steel appearance and an outstanding features list that is capable of producing world class espresso beverages.

The first thing the user will notice is the professional, high-end appearance of this beautiful espresso machine. Composed of all polished stainless steel, this units boasts a sleek, traditional Italian design. Standing just below a compact 15 inches, the BZ07 was developed to fit nicely in any kitchen.

One of the most advanced features on this unit is the 58mm professional chrome grouphead that is serviced by two heating elements and a thermostat to ensure the perfect temperature consistency. The 3-way solenoid valve allows the user to quickly detach the grouphead following an extraction to start the next brew.

The BZ07 is built with a powerful 1.5L copper-plated boiler that has heat-exchanging capability to allow the user to steam and brew at the same time, decreasing waiting time. The automatic-refill feature senses the water level and refills when levels are running low. Boiler and pump can be monitored on the pressure gauge mounted on the front of the machine. This machine is also equipped with a 15-bar  vibratory pump with an air release valve.

The steam wand is able to pivot effortlessly in many directions to accommodate a variety of frothing pitchers. The hot water wand is also constructed on a ball joint for flexibility in movement. The steam and hot water wands are lever-controlled.

The water reservoir has a capacity of 3 liters and is fully removable for easy refilling. A nice feature on this unit is the low level switch which will turn the espresso machine off if the reservoir becomes low on water, protecting the motor from damage.

The major differentiation between the fully automatic and semi-automatic variations on the BZ07 is the dosing delivery method. On the fully automatic, dosing is performed by the user pre-programming the specific dose of water that is sent through the grind, OR the user can treat the fully automatic like the semi-automatic and control the beginning and end of the extraction by simply pushing the coffee button manually.

The BZ07's grouphead houses two electric heating elements and a thermostat to monitor temperature at the grouphead, and the boiler pressure/temperature is monitored by a PID microprocessor and PID sensor in the boiler..

IMPORTANT: Water quality is a very important aspect of your espresso machine longevity. Water that is too hard will cause limescale buildup, which is the number one reason for operating problems. Too pure water, such as ultra pure RO water or distilled water can cause the machine to overfill, since the water level probe needs some minerals in the water to detect water. Use softened water that is about 50ppm in hardness. More info

PLEASE NOTE: Most machines and grinders are inspected for damage after being shipped from overseas. This means most boxes will have signs of being opened even though they are brand new products. This is done to ensure that the equipment made the international shipment in good condition and working order.

COMMERCIAL EQUIPMENT NOTE: Most commercial equipment ships on a pallet and has to be bench tested prior to shipment. For this reason, commercial equipment usually ships out three to five business days after the order is received. Some commercial equipment is also special order and/or has limited availability, so please check with us prior to placing an order. Check terms and conditions page for terms relating to commercial equipment.
