Below is a list of recommended equipment for an average sized coffee shop. If you have a larger shop, you may need additional quantities.
  • 1x Commercial espresso machine
  • 1x Regular espresso grinder
  • 1x Decaf espresso grinder
  • 1x Brew / Drip / French Press grinder
  • 1x Bagged coffee grinder
  • 2x Tampers
  • 2x Steaming thermometers
  • 1x Electronic scale
  • 1x Large knockbox
  • 2x 12oz pitchers
  • 2x 20oz pitchers
  • 2x Measuring spoons
  • 6x Syrup pumps
  • 3x Kitchen timers
  • 18x Latte cups
  • 18x Cappucino cups
  • 2x Espresso equipment cleaning powder
  • 2x Grinder cleaning tablets
  • 2x Steam wand cleaning liquid
  • 12x Microfiber cleaning cloths
  • 1x Mavea C300 Water Filtration System
  • 1x Coffee Brewer for regular coffee (one will be fine for awhile)
  • 2x Airpots (regular, decaf) minimum. If you want to have a variety of coffees, you'll need one per coffee.
  • 1x Hot Water Tower (the espresso machine should have a spigot, so you can pull from there, but it helps to have a tower if you have busy periods)
  • 2 Refrigeration units.
